SHORT TERM BOOKING CONDITION

1. A deposit by credit/debit card in needed on total to confirm the booking and by paying this, you are entering into a contract and accepting our booking conditions. The hotel may require payment in full in advance in some cases.

2. On arrival, cash will be required for the balance. Any outstanding charges will be debited on departure.

3. Rooms may not be ready until 13.30pm on arrival. Check out time is 10am and late departures will be charged for. However, by written agreement and subject to availability, a late check-out may be arranged for an extra charge, near the time of the holiday.

4. Cancellations must be received in writing the deposit will not be returned.

5. Cancellation within 48hrs from the check-in date or no-show will will grant us to charge the total sojourn rate.

6. Behaviour of guests and their visitors should not be excessive or rowdy, and must not cause annoyance, distress or embarrassment to staff or fellow guests. Offensive or illegal behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to recover from the person making the booking any discretionary compensation payment, or discount, that we may have to pay to any other guests, as a result of your actions, or a member of your party or visiting friends. This includes damage to the apartment building, fixtures, fittings and flood damage.

7. Failure to comply with any of the booking conditions may result in the party being asked to leave immediately, if in our sole discretion, we feel the conditions have been infringed.  The account will be due in full and no refunds will be given in these circumstances.

8. Improvements, maintenance and changes to the apartments facilities and grounds take place throughout the year. We will always do our best to ensure guests are not inconvenienced.  No compensation will be paid if a facility is not available, but we will do our best to provide a suitable alternative.

9. Liability; personal belongings are the responsibility of each member of the party, and items of value can be left in the hotel night safe.  We accept no liability whatsoever for any accident, loss or damage to your property unless such loss is due to our negligence. We cannot be held responsible for the failure of public services (eg water, gas, electricity etc) or for any disturbance that is beyond our control. In all cases, except personal injury or death, our liability to you for the total of all claims arising out of your holiday with us is limited to the cost of the booking.

10. Smoking is not allowed in any part of the apartment, including all the bedrooms.  If this ban is ignored, a deep cleaning charge of 100€ per room will be made. If the next occupant refuses to accept the room, you will be liable for the cost of the alternative accommodation as well.

11. Cars are parked at owners' risk in the street or in the parking place if available

12. Special offers cannot be used in conjunction with other sales and are always subject to availability and may be withdrawn without notice at any time. If the conditions are not fully met, then the standard tariff will apply.

14. Prices are correct at the time of publication but may change without notice with the exception of confirmed bookings.  Confirmed bookings will not alter other than to reflect any changes in tax.

15. We reserve the right to refuse any booking and refund immediately the deposit

Terms and conditions for special offers and monthly rentals

In addition to the above terms and conditions, guests booking on a last minute deal or any special offer will be bound by the following terms and conditions.

9. All bills have to be paid on time, at the post office by the form received monthly or bimestrial: gas, electricity, internet. Heating and condominium have to be paid in cash to our personnel because part of the condominium whole payment. In case the bills are not found in the mailbox, the tenant is asked to contact the utilities company as written on bills and to solve eventual problems.

10. The monthly rent fee has to be received in our bank account within the day 28th of the previous month and the deposit cannot be used as rent fee. In case of late rent fee, the party will be asked to leave immediately, the account will be due in full and no refunds will be given in these circumstances. Late payments will be extra charged of administration fees and daily bank negative interests,

11. The deposit will be credited to your bank account within 60 days from your departure and not refunded to you directly. We will deduct from your deposit: eventual unpaid bills, not yet arrived bills, damages to the flat and to its furnishings, its original paints and equipment, cleaning services if you leave the apartment so dirty that it is unhealthy or unsafe the cost of making it habitable again: The flat has to be leaved in the same condition as it was at your check-in.

12. Extensions can be done only upon availability basis

13. Eventual extra days after the booked sojourn will be charged on daily basis as on www.bedintrastevere.com

14. The sojourn of not registered people in the flat is not aloud if not granted by the property.
